How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 14 days with everything included, PDF reports too. You don’t need a card to start. Pick a plan any time during the trial; the days you have left carry over.
Is the price per user?
No. Every plan has unlimited users. Add your whole crew, your office and your project managers at no extra cost. Subcontractors don’t need accounts at all.
Which plans include PDF reports?
Branded PDF photo reports are on Pro and Business. If you move down to Starter, reports you already made stay viewable and shareable; you just can’t create new ones.
I run more than one company. How does that work?
Each company has its own subscription, so photos and teams stay separate. Every additional company you own gets 20% off, applied automatically when you subscribe it.
What counts toward storage?
Photos, videos, marked-up copies and PDF reports. Photo counts on this page assume about 500 KB per photo, the size Detale saves photos at. Videos take more space than photos.
What happens when I get close to my storage limit?
We let you know at 80% so you can move up a plan with one tap. Uploads are never blocked in the middle of a job, and you get 30 days to sort it out before anything changes.
What if I need more than 1 TB?
On Business you can add 500 GB for $30/month at a time, or archive and delete old jobs. Past about 3 TB, email sales@detaleapp.com and we’ll set up an Enterprise plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Owners can change plans, update the card, see invoices or cancel from Billing. Cancelling keeps your account working until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your jobs and photos stay put. Owners can still sign in and download what they need.
