Delete it yourself
In the app: open Settings, then tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
On the web: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account.
If you’re the only owner of a company that has other members, you’ll be asked to make someone else an owner, or delete the company, first.

Email support@detaleapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Detale account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in, name, email, phone number and profile photo.
- Your push notification tokens and any lists or settings stored on your phone.
- Any company where you’re the only member, with all of its jobs, photos, markups, reports, lists and share links. Its subscription is canceled right away.
What stays
- Photos, comments and lists you added to a company that other people still use belong to that company and stay with it. Your name is removed from them.
- Payment records kept by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax and accounting law.
Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Deleted files are removed from storage at the same time. When a company’s subscription ends, its data is retained for 60 days (30 days for trials that never converted), then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for more.
